Ms. Ames began her career earning a Phi Beta Kappa Cum Laude BA from USC. She has been a pioneer in her native South in the advancement of Yoga, Pilates, and Dance as the founder of WorldBeat, a non-profit for inner-city children, thru initiating programs at the Medical University of SC, and as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston.
